RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Our return and exchange policy ensures customer satisfaction. Find out the details regarding returns and exchanges of products or services, along with any applicable terms and conditions.

 

 

Service Return Or Exchange Policy

Our refund and returns policy is that all payments are non-refundable unless the class is canceled by The OA Firearms and Survival Training LLC.

Participants must provide at least forty-eight (48) hours’ notice if they are unable to attend a scheduled class. This will make the student’s payments eligible to be moved towards future training with The OA Firearms and Survival Training LLC.

If The OA Firearms and Survival Training LLC determines cancellation is necessary due to weather, safety issues, etc., we will make every attempt to inform students promptly, and a full refund will be issued. The client has the option to ask that we move them to another class for a future date. Private/one-on-one instruction client/s are required to make a full payment for the class.

Inclement Weather Cancellations
Unless otherwise notified you should assume that classes will occur regardless of weather conditions. There is so much that goes into the planning, venues, instructors, resources, and scheduling of all our classes that we only cancel classes unless absolutely necessary due to weather conditions. So, you should assume that unless you hear from us the class you signed up for will occur regardless of weather conditions. In the event, that The OA Firearms and Survival Training LLC does cancel a class, we will work with students to reschedule them into other scheduled classes if they are not already full. Regardless of weather conditions if you are a no-show to class you will forfeit your deposit.

The OA Firearms and Survival Training LLC retain the right to reschedule all training courses/class.

 

On-Line Merchandise and/or Products Return and Exchange Policy

EXCHANGES

We allow exchanges only. We do not allow returns for refund. For items purchased online, exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at support@theoafast.com to obtain a return authorization. Be sure to include the item’s order number and your reason for the exchange. Exchanges that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted. Please allow up to 10 business days for your exchange to be processed once we receive your item.

 

 

RETURN SHIPPING

Return authorization for items shipped in error, or items being returned/exchanged because they are defective or damaged, will include a pre-paid shipping label. Return shipping on items that are being returned/exchanged for other reasons will be paid for by the customer.

 

ELIGIBLE ITEMS

The following items: Clearance items, Final Sale items, Perishable items, Special-Order items, Custom Products, and Gift Cards are not eligible for return/exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange, at management’s discretion, if the item being returned/exchanged does not meet the criteria set forth within this policy.

 

CONDITION OF ITEMS

Except for items that were damaged when purchased, items must be in new, unused, and in saleable condition with all original packaging intact and tags attached.

FORM OF PAYMENT

Refunds, if issued, will be issued in the original form of payment minus shipping and handling fees unless otherwise stated. If the original form of payment is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

 

RESTOCKING FEE

Except for items that are returned/exchanged for being damaged or defective, to cover the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking certain items, a restocking fee of 20% (or the maximum amount permitted by law, whichever is less) may be assessed for the following items or types of items: T-Shirts, Caps, Hats, and Patches. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount, if any, where permitted by state law.

We at The OA Firearms and Survival Training LLC maintain the policy that all sales are final. While we hope that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience, to the extent permitted by law, we do not offer returns, merchandise credits, or exchanges. Thank you.
