EFAF – Save a Life: Control the Bleed

$100.00

While there are a number of diagnostic tools, medications, and devices that EMS providers have access to that are simply not available to non-professionals, the vast majority of the items that you’d find in the back of a typical ambulance or medic bag (and the tools that were discussed in Lessons One, Two and Three) are things that nonprofessionals can find online with just a few clicks (and I’ll share my favorite websites with you), or, even purchase at your local drugstore. To help you to prioritize your own purchases, I’m going to suggest what type of gear might be included in emergency first aid kits of three different sizes to fit three different needs, or, three different “missions.” I’ll wrap up this chapter with a few suggestions on where you can go from here.
