Master the skills, understand the laws, and safety practices required to legally carry a concealed firearm in California with our state-approved California CCW Permit Training Course.
This course equips you with the knowledge and confidence to safely handle, store, and carry a firearm while complying with California state laws.
Course Highlights:
State-Legal Compliance: Meets all California Department of Justice (DOJ) requirements for CCW permits.
Firearm Safety & Handling: Learn proper firearm handling, maintenance, and safe storage practices to protect yourself and others.
Legal Responsibilities: Understand California firearm laws, use-of-force regulations, self-defense statutes, and the legal obligations of concealed carry permit holders.
Situational Awareness: Develop essential awareness skills to prevent, identify, and respond to potential threats safely.
Hands-On Training: Practical live-fire exercises under the supervision of certified instructors to enhance shooting accuracy and safety confidence.
Non-Resident Applications are now being accepted.
Residents of U.S. states and territories other than California are eligible to apply for a California CCW license under Penal Code sections 26150 through 26235 only if they are both:
Members at the time of submission to one of the following groups:
(a) The California Rifle & Pistol Association, Incorporated,
(b) Gun Owners of America, Inc.,
(c) Gun Owners of California, Inc., or
(d) The Second Amendment Foundation; AND
Not otherwise prohibited from possessing firearms under federal or California law, and legally eligible to own, purchase, and possess a concealable firearm.

- If you do not have a firearm, no problem, a selection will be supplied during the class at No additional charge.
- Ammunition is not included, but you can purchase ammo at the range.
- If you own a firearm and want to bring it along, please feel free to do so.
- Bring eye and ear protection (eye and ear protection are available for purchase at the range).
